Shipping policy
This policy explains where we ship, what it costs, and how long it takes. It applies to every order placed on edwardarthur.com. We ship within the United States only.

- Order before 3:00 PM EST on a business day and we process it the same day
- Transit: 3 to 6 business days after dispatch

Where We Ship
- All fifty US states
- We do not currently ship internationally, to US territories, or to APO and FPO military addresses
Processing and Cut-Off
- Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays
- Processing time: 0 to 1 business days
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on a business day are processed the same day
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST, on a weekend, or on a US public holiday are processed the next business day
Delivery Timeframes
- Processing: 0 to 1 business days
- Transit after dispatch: 3 to 6 business days
- Total delivery time: 3 to 7 business days from the moment you order
Delivery windows are estimates offered in good faith. Most orders arrive well within them.
Shipping Cost
- Standard Tracked Shipping is a flat $6.99 USD per order, regardless of order size
- The shipping charge is shown clearly at checkout before you pay
Tracking
- The moment your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link
- You can follow your parcel from dispatch through to delivery, at any time
Carriers
- We ship with established US carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx
- The carrier for your order is determined by your delivery address and the services available in your area
If Your Order Is Delayed
Occasionally a parcel takes longer than expected. The usual causes are:
- Carrier network disruption
- Severe weather along the route
- High parcel volumes during peak periods
- Other events outside our reasonable control
If a meaningful delay affects your order, we will email you an update as soon as we are aware of it.
Address Accuracy and Failed Deliveries
- Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout, as we dispatch to exactly what you enter
- If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery
- An additional shipping fee may apply for redelivery, as resending is not covered by the original charge
If Tracking Says Delivered but You Cannot Find It
- Check with others in your household who may have collected it
- Ask neighbors, building staff, or your property manager
- Contact the carrier directly using the details on the tracking page
If it still has not turned up, email us at hello@edwardarthur.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
