Refund policy

At Edward Arthur, we stand behind everything we sell. If something is not right, we will put it right. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work, in plain terms.

Our Return Window

You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. If more than 60 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In the same condition in which you received it
  • In its original packaging, with all tags attached

How to Start a Return

  • Email us at hello@edwardarthur.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Our team will reply within 1 business day to confirm your return and provide the return shipping address.
  • Once approved, send the item back to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first, as unapproved returns can delay your refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on standard returns. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we will inspect it and notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where an item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, email us at hello@edwardarthur.com with your order number and the item you would like instead. Once your original item has been received and inspected, we will dispatch your exchange. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will take care of everything. Email us at hello@edwardarthur.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. You can choose either a full refund or a free replacement sent at no cost to you. No return is required, and you will not be charged for anything.

Order Cancellations and Changes

We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@edwardarthur.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel or amend it for you. Once an order has shipped, it is covered by our standard returns process above.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again, then contact your card issuer or bank, as posting times can vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at hello@edwardarthur.com and we will look into it right away.
