STANDARD

– Arrives in 3–5 business days.
– Free
– FedEx is available for orders with delivery addresses within the US and territories, excluding PO Boxes and Rural Routes.
– USPS shipping is available for orders with a PO Box, Rural Route, or APO/FPO/DPO address. Orders shipped to a PO Box or Rural Route will arrive within 7-10 business days. Orders shipped to an APO/FPO/DPO address will arrive in 3-5 weeks, not the standard 3-5 business days.

TWO DAY

– Arrives in 2 business days.
– $19.95
– Two Day delivery via FedEx is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States (excluding PO Boxes and Rural Routes).

OVERNIGHT

– Arrives in 1-2 business days.
– $39.95
– Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States (excluding PO Boxes and Rural Routes).

RETURNS

Edward Arthur Inc. is committed to making your shopping experience a success. If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept returns of unworn merchandise for up to 30 days from purchase for a full refund. Proof of purchase or packing slip invoice is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

All online orders must be returned via the method described below.

PROCESSING A RETURN WITH PACKING SLIP

The packing slip received in your shipment includes a return form and shipping label for your convenience. If you retained these forms, please follow the instructions below to process your return:

A. Securely pack your item(s) in your original box or another box. Ensure labels are removed if you use the original box.

B. Fill in the “RETURN DETAIL” page of your packing slip. In the items list, write a return reason code (provided on the form) and the quantity for each item from the order that is being returned.

Return reasons are as follows:

Size too small
Size too big
Overall fit issue
Damaged / Defective
Not as pictured
Order delayed
Damaged in transit
Duplicate style / shipment
General return / Gift
Child purchased by accident

C. Put the “RETURN DETAIL” page into the box before sealing it.

D. Seal the package.

E. Affix the return shipping label on the outside of the box.
